Probation | Mountain Bike the Tetons

Usually ridden downhill; this trail has a few small logs to roll over, and a steep, tight, twisty downhill through the trees containing a few small bridges. One man made jump/drop, which can easily be ridden around, adds to the action.

Access

This trail runs between the junction for Shark’s Belly, Burgh, and Bumper  and the two track at the other end of Burgh and is accessed via the Bovine trailhead [Directions to trailhead from Driggs, ID] or the Channel Lock trailhead [Directions to trailhead from Driggs, ID].

Options

This trail can be ridden in either direction as part of a quick loop including Burgh in addition to Bovine and Shark’s Belly; as part of a larger loop by adding Bumper/Cody’s Loop/Sodbuster/Channel Lock; as part of an even larger loop by inserting Southbound between Sodbuster and Channel Lock; any of those options in reverse; probably a few other ways.
